Klavissimo now includes 55 pieces and exercises across six levels. Alongside short exercises you will find complete piano arrangements, including an easier and a near-original version of Für Elise, Chopin’s Nocturne in E-flat major, the Habanera from Carmen and the Radetzky March.

Four pieces for levels 2 and 3 are new: The Wild Horseman and The Happy Farmer from Schumann’s Album for the Young, Satie’s Gymnopédie No. 1 and Chopin’s Prelude in A major. Shortly before, Debussy’s Clair de lune, the first movement of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and Liszt’s La Campanella arrived for the upper levels. All seven are newly engraved from editions printed in the composers’ lifetimes.

Start gently and return later

Familiar melodies deliberately appear at different levels of difficulty. You can meet a piece early and return to a fuller version later. The levels provide orientation; they do not replace a teacher’s judgement.

Score, sound and practice in one place

The complete arrangements are built-in MusicXML pieces. You can read them, listen to a preview, choose a passage and use Klavissimo’s practice tools. Editorial and source information is documented for every piece.
