What is happening to the product: new pieces, new ways to practise and background on reading music. Roughly once a month.
REPERTOIRE
For the first time there are built-in pieces for four hands: three excerpts from Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 where you choose Primo or Secondo. They are joined by seven pieces from the Notebook of 1725 and four from Schumann's Album for the Young. All 14 are optional pieces on levels 4 to 8.

Nine movements from the Bach-Gesellschaft edition have arrived, among them the Aria of the Goldberg Variations and two concerto movements after Marcello and Vivaldi. They are joined by two Handstücke by Türk and two pieces from Gurlitt’s op. 117. All 13 are optional pieces on levels 3 to 8.

Six newly engraved pieces from Cornelius Gurlitt’s First Lessons, Op. 117, have arrived, among them “The Chase”, “The Little Rogue” and “Even-Song”. All are optional pieces on levels 2 to 5.

Seven movements from Haydn’s early sonatas and nine Handstücke by Daniel Gottlob Türk have arrived, among them four minuets with trio and “Innocence”. All 16 are optional pieces on levels 3 to 6.

34 newly engraved pieces have arrived: twelve from the Bach-Gesellschaft edition, ten études by Burgmüller, seven pieces from Schumann’s Album for the Young and five Handstücke by Türk. Klavissimo now has 136 pieces and exercises across six levels.

Twenty modules have joined the original seven, from “Both hands: first steps” to “Two voices”. Each module has a goal, core exercises and a target piece.

With the “↻” button in the player, an exercise or piece runs 1×, 3× or in a loop. The count-in plays once, and the result lists the values of all passes side by side.

42 newly engraved pieces have arrived: twelve from Türk’s Handstücke, sixteen from Schumann’s Album for the Young and fourteen from Burgmüller’s Études, Op. 100. Klavissimo now has 102 pieces and exercises across six levels.

The metronome button now decides whether it clicks while you practise in tempo. The player no longer has a metronome without the score.
REPERTOIRE
Balakirev's Islamey, Op. 18, is new in the repertoire, as an optional piece at level 6. A piece journey takes you through it in three stations. You can practise it in excerpts, with one hand and at your own tempo.

Winterwind, Chopin's Valse in C-sharp minor, Clair de lune and the Can-Can now change tempo partway through. Playback, metronome, count-in and scoring follow the changes.

Discover notes now includes practice rounds in treble and bass clef with three or five notes. A short piece with accompaniment follows, with feedback at the end.

Practice now brings the learning path, the introduction and Discover notes together. An exercise or piece counts as mastered only when you have played all of it with both hands. One hand alone is a partial step.

The free introduction starts with finding your way around the keyboard and ends by placing C and D over a short accompaniment.

The Klavissimo app opens Apple’s Bluetooth MIDI list. Once paired, the keyboard and connection status appear without restarting the app.

A two-minute round connects the written note, its name and the matching piano key. No instrument is required.
