Everything local about the teacher area stays free forever — a PIN-protected class, homework, recital notes, CSV export, archive. Only ONE thing is paid: connecting several devices through the server.
Try it for free, before anyone pays
"Bring class online" works from the start, even without an ordered licence — children and parents can join, the remote overview runs. Klavissimo never hard-cuts a class mid-school-year; it generously stays usable until the licence is entered.
€49 per class and school year, invoiced — order in the browser only
The order form (school/institution, invoice address, number of classes, your email, optional contact person and message) opens your own mail program on submit, with a prefilled message to hallo@klavissimo.app — no form server, no data stored on the website. The button live-updates the total (number × €49, incl. 20% Austrian VAT); the site promises the licence and invoice will reach your school office within two working days.
Redeeming — the code from your invoice email
The invoice email brings a redeem code in the format "KLS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX". In the teacher area, in the class overview, you enter it in the "Redeem code" field — right after that, the line "Licence until {date}" appears, no detour through Klaus. Prerequisite: the class must already be online, otherwise there is nothing server-side for the licence to attach to. A guest or substitute without full class rights cannot redeem the code.
One code, one class
Submitting the same code twice through the same class by accident is not an error — nothing happens twice. If the code is already tied to a DIFFERENT class, the app reports "This code is already redeemed." There is no automatic renewal: for the following school year you order again, and the new invoice brings a new code.
Good to know:
"Only connecting several devices is paid, deliberately kept well under school-budget thresholds." Neither setting up a class locally nor trying out the connection requires a licence.
Your data:
A lost code can't be shown again — we never store it in plain text, only a hash. Write to us and the operator issues a new code; the old one is invalidated in the process.
