If the internet drops out, Klavissimo shows "Offline — everything important keeps working" at the top. The home page then separates "Keeps working" from "Waiting for the network". Music already present on this device and your local learning progress remain available.
Keep practising with local content
Practice and scoring, today's plan, your pieces, sounds and history keep working without a network. If a piece is already open, its score, play-through and practice run stay available on the device.
Open new online content later
The Discover catalogue and AI tutor wait for the connection and return on their own. Class, family and device sync also need the network; that does not stop your local practice.
Recognise a piece that has not been loaded yet
If a piece is not yet present on this device, you see "No connection. This piece is not available on this device yet." Go online and choose "Try again" so it can be loaded once and then remain available locally.
Your data:
There is no separate offline mode to switch on. Klavissimo saves your learning progress on your device first; if device sync is set up, it catches up when the network returns.
